Gabriela Marie Milton interviewed by NY Glamour Magazine!

I am so excited to share with you the news that Gabriela Marie Milton, internationally-acclaimed poet and editor of Wounds I Healed, has been interviewed by New York Glamour Magazine! In her insightful interview, she talks in-depth about the inspiration behind the poetry anthology, the themes it tackles, and its relevance in the wider world. I am so glad to see Gabriela’s hard work, dedication and creative integrity honoured in this way. I recommend taking some time out to read the interview and of course, the anthology itself:

Reviews are greatly appreciated! Thank you!

  1. a great interview and opportunity to plug her other publications … but most disappointed she couldn’t come up with 3 favourite FEMALE authors given the topic … 🙁

    1. If the question had asked for three female authors, that would be different. But I see no reason why one’s favourite authors have to be female. Perhaps one to take up with Gabriela, I am sure she wouldn’t mind responding to your concerns!

      1. just a bug I have, with the main thrust of the interview being about a feminist book, claiming to be a feminist while continuing to prop up the patriarchal system .. surely she could have selected 3 amazing female writers 🙁

Sorry just had to air my disappointment, doubt she could suitably justify that one to me …

  2. Love the strength of Gabriela in this interview Ingrid – I’d be intrigued to read a Q & A between you two or have someone put the same questions to both of you… the subject writing – how you both got where you are – got to ‘Wounds I Healed’

  3. Hi Ingrid .. I’ve just been over to read Gabriela’s interview, and handled all the questions superbly (of course she would) .. and again congratulations to you, Gabriela, and Nick, on publishing such outstanding Anthology ..
