Cindy Georgakas

Cindy studied Therapeutic Recreation at San Jose State University, California, where she worked in convalescent hospitals and wellness centers and got certified in group exercise and personal training. She later managed Golden Venus Health Spa in San Francisco and went on to teach classes all down the Peninsula, opening her own Aerobic studio in San Mateo, California at the same time as Jane Fonda opened her studio in San Francisco. Cindy has taught and trained 15 instructors. She has been a life coach since 1979, and is certified by Dr. Chérie Carter Scott, the renowned “Mother of Life Coaching” and New York Times bestselling author. In her own practice, Cindy developed the program, “12 Stars to a Slimmer You” and the workshop “Putting your Dreams into Action.”
