New Lyricist publication date announced!

Today, I am excited to give you a sneak preview of the cover of New Lyricist, Issue 1. I have changed the design to include a photograph which ties in with my article on ‘The Singing Stones’ of Cumbria, which will be included in the magazine. All original artwork has been given a full-colour page within the magazine’s interior, making it a feast for the eyes as well as the mind! Special thanks to my co-editor, Nick Reeves, without whom none of this would be possible.

Huge congratulations, and thank you once again, to all of our contributors. You can see the full contributor list on the back cover of the magazine. I realise this first issue has been a long time in the making, but magazine publishing represents an entirely new venture for EIF, and I am delighted to be on the brink of bringing this project to fruition. New Lyricist will be published on 7 December 2024, and will be available at selected retail outlets in the UK, direct from EIF and from the Lulu online bookstore.
