This is such a wonderful idea, bringing poetry into our lives every day at this darkest time of the year. I recommend checking out the full calendar as there are some pure poetic gems here.

‘Incensed’ published as part of Spillwords Christmas

A big thank you to Spillwords Press for publishing my work once again. I love their philosophy of providing ‘a home for all that live and breathe words, spilled or inspired, through literature of every genre, from writers and poets of every walk of life.’

The poem, ‘Incensed,’ has been posted on this blog previously, but the versions are slightly different. If you’re interested, you can read both versions side by side to compare. Perhaps you prefer one version over the other? If so, I’d be interested to know which, and why.
