This week I would like to give a special shout out to my blogging friend and fellow poet David Ben Alexander. He deserves a special mention because, like me, he has posted a poem every day for the past 7 weeks! We are the marathon runners of this challenge and if it’s not always fun, it is certainly stretching! This challenge is forcing me outside of my comfort zone, and I am told this is where growth begins. Bearing that in mind, here are this week’s offerings…

Beautiful poems, Ingrid! I love Day 44 Internal Warfare. I wear blue block glasses and they help tremendously. I got them through Amazon and like them better than my prescription glasses.
