This week I would like to give a special shout out to my blogging friend and fellow poet David Ben Alexander. He deserves a special mention because, like me, he has posted a poem every day for the past 7 weeks! We are the marathon runners of this challenge and if it’s not always fun, it is certainly stretching! This challenge is forcing me outside of my comfort zone, and I am told this is where growth begins. Bearing that in mind, here are this week’s offerings…
Thanks Cindy: am I becoming a better Twit?🤣
Yes, soooo impressive!🤣🤗
Thank you so much! I am trying to catch up reading as my eyes were really bad yesterday and I had to take a screen break 😅😅😅
omg… i missed half of a day and to get to read posts is really tough to catch up. that’s the one thing I hate…
I know 😅😅😅🏃♀️
😜😜😜 I’m a slow reader.. 🙃 ugh
I need glasses! I’m having a lot of trouble with my eyes if I look at a screen for more than 30 minutes 😳 🤓 👓
i hope you have the blue screen ones for the computer.. i do but haven’t been using.. don’t love
Ingrid, All of these are lovely. I like the photo of the snowdrops and the poem that begins, “Sing, little bird.” <3. Have a great weekend!
Thank you so much for your feedback Cheryl. I like that one too 😊 wishing you a beautiful weekend ❤️
Why can’t we make peace with ourselves? I wish I knew…(K)
Would we still be motivated to create if we did?
That’s a good question. One which I’m sure I will never need to answer!
Beautiful poems, Ingrid! I love Day 44 Internal Warfare. I wear blue block glasses and they help tremendously. I got them through Amazon and like them better than my prescription glasses.
I had never heard of these but a few people have recommended them so I will have to give it a try, thank you!
