Elysium – after Nirvana

I’m so happy because today
I learned that Trump
Had lost the race
He’s so ugly, but that’s ok because he’s through
We’ve cracked his nuts
Sunday morning will be a happy one for all
The human race
We might just make it, a few more years
We’ve ditched that fool
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah
I was so angry but that’s ok ‘cause now he’s gone
And I’m not sad
And just maybe he’s to blame for all that hate
In fact I’m sure
I’m so excited, I can’t wait until he’s gone
It’s said and done:
He’s in denial but that’s okay
The count is good
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah
I like it, he’s not coming back
That racist, he’s not coming back
That bigot, he’s not coming back
That liar, he’s not coming back
I like it, he’s not coming back
Won’t miss him, he’s not coming back
Good riddance…

    1. Sorry, Michele – this comment somehow ended up in my spam! The first thing my son said when he learned of Trump’s defeat was ‘When can we go to America?’ 😊 I would love to see Monument Valley: what an iconic location!
